Workforce Planner

About the role

The Workforce Planner will coordinate and optimise the deployment of the subcontracted workforce at the Sokhna Plant. The role ensures that the right people are available at the right time to support safe, efficient and uninterrupted plant operations, while maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly and monthly workforce plans based on operational needs.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with Operations, Maintenance, Production and other plant functions.
• Manage workforce mobilisation, demobilisation and replacement requests with outsourced providers.
• Monitor workforce allocation, utilisation, vacancies and absenteeism trends to maximise productivity.
• Identify gaps, recommend corrective actions and prepare workforce planning reports for management.
• Ensure all deployed workers complete mandatory HSE inductions and are qualified, trained and authorised for assigned activities.
• Support cost optimisation, minimise fatigue, overtime and safety risks.
• Assist HSE and Operations during shutdowns, emergency response and business continuity planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
