Workshop Consultant – Business Development (Automotive)

About the role

Robert Bosch Egypt is seeking a Workshop Consultant to lead business development and quality initiatives across its automotive workshop network. You will be responsible for expanding the network, ensuring compliance with Bosch Car Service standards, and driving performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, control, and develop workshop concepts covering quality, processes, skills, business development, and communication.
• Identify and acquire new workshop partners, organize candidate meetings and assessments.
• Evaluate market opportunities, recruit suitable candidates, and prepare them for integration into the Bosch network.
• Ensure workshops meet Bosch Car Service (BCS) requirements and address audit findings.
• Implement concept packages, achieve economic targets, and maximize workshop turnover while adhering to supplier, quality, and service standards.
• Develop workshop improvement plans in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
• Guide workshops on Service Excellence, campaign participation, and promotional activities.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
• Participate in national and regional BCS conventions and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business or automotive fields; honours in business management is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in workshop management, business development, or sales within the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of automotive workshop operations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in SAP.
