Zoho Trainer Internship

About the role

Pinerium is looking for a motivated Zoho Trainer Intern to support training delivery, learning content development, and user enablement across the Zoho ecosystem. This internship offers hands‑on experience with SaaS applications, CRM systems, and corporate training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in conducting training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for Zoho users.
• Support user enablement activities, answer participant questions, and promote adoption.
• Help prepare training materials, presentations, user guides, manuals, and knowledge‑base content.
• Develop training exercises, assessments, and update materials based on product changes.
• Organize training schedules, manage registrations, track attendance, and maintain training records.
• Collect and analyze feedback, prepare reports, and support learning program administration.
• Research new Zoho features, updates, and assist in creating learning paths.
• Participate in product training, train‑the‑trainer programs, and stay current on SaaS and digital transformation trends.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Eager to learn, enjoys helping others develop new skills, and possesses strong presentation abilities.
• Passionate about empowering users to maximize the value of Zoho solutions.
