Account Management Manager – Client Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Manager to lead a portfolio of priority clients, primarily in the procurement space. The role focuses on delivering best‑in‑class account management services, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality client experience while supporting the firm’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain regular account team meetings and cadence.
• Conduct pipeline reviews and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
• Provide input for reporting, service agreements, and regulatory client reporting.
• Coordinate with internal networks such as Commercial Excellence, Risk, and Finance to build expertise across the client portfolio.
• Create value reports and client‑facing collateral.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert on account‑excellence technology, ensuring data hygiene and accuracy in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experience and efficient buying processes.
• Experience establishing rhythm and rigor around account‑management disciplines.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and drive incremental growth for the firm.
