Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

Relevate is looking for a full‑time, remote Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for our clients. You will ensure client needs are met, nurture long‑term relationships, and help drive growth through strategic account oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project delivery with client objectives.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand client value.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management and client relationship building.
• Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and coordinate workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing or a content‑driven industry is a plus.
