Aftersales Trainer

About the role

The Aftersales Trainer delivers engaging non‑technical and technical training programs to internal staff and external customers in the automotive sector. The role ensures participants acquire the knowledge and skills needed to excel in after‑sales service and customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver effective after‑sales training sessions using a variety of instructional methods.
• Conduct skills‑gap analyses and develop up‑to‑date training materials aligned with OEM recommendations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organized training workshop, reporting any equipment or consumable needs.
• Provide clear demonstrations, answer participant questions, and give constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations within the training environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Certified Service Advisor qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Very good command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
