About the role
Harvest British College is looking for an experienced ESL English Instructor to lead instructor development, maintain teaching quality, and support academic excellence across its Cairo and Giza branches.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor and develop English language instructors.
- Ensure high‑quality teaching standards are met.
- Design, adapt and assess ESL curricula aligned with the CEFR framework.
- Collaborate with academic teams and branch managers to promote excellence.
- Participate in professional development workshops and improve teaching materials.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of ESL teaching experience.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or TOT certification.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Strong mentoring, leadership and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ESL methodologies and curriculum development.
- Familiarity with assessment practices and the CEFR framework.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools.
