AI & Automation Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for an AI & Automation Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of intelligent automation solutions. You will translate business objectives into scalable AI‑powered workflows, creating reusable architecture patterns that connect AI platforms, enterprise applications, and operational systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture and design of AI‑driven automation solutions across business domains.
• Develop reference architectures, integration patterns, and standards for reusable solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews with customers and internal teams.
• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary delivery teams and mentor DevOps engineers and automation specialists.
• Support pre‑sales activities, solution positioning, and executive‑level technical discussions.
• Design Agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous reasoning, decision‑making, and execution within governed environments.
• Create closed‑loop automation that continuously sense, analyze, decide, act, validate, and learn.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in solution architecture, automation, or related fields.
• Hands‑on programming and scripting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Java (preferred), JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Bash, YAML, REST APIs.
• Relational database concepts and SQL.
• Microservices architecture and cloud technologies.
• Agile software development methodologies.
• Windows and Linux operating systems.
