About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing & E‑commerce Specialist to lead our online presence for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) company specializing in olive oil, natural oils, and table olives. The role focuses on building brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering long‑term customer loyalty through high‑velocity social media management and data‑driven strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the brand’s presence across all major social platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Snapchat.
- Oversee the e‑commerce website, ensuring it is up‑to‑date, user‑friendly and optimised for conversions.
- Develop and execute fast‑paced, consumer‑centric content tailored to the food sector.
- Conduct continuous market research to identify trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour in the natural oils market.
- Implement growth and loyalty programmes that increase sales and build a community of brand advocates.
- Analyse performance metrics and campaign data to refine strategies, improve ROI and provide actionable insights.
Required profile
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional diploma or equivalent qualification in Digital Marketing.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and e‑commerce within the FMCG sector.
- Valid certifications such as Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint.
