Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise our online presence across multiple channels. You will design, execute and analyse campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, SEM and display advertising.
• Manage and optimise company social media platforms and overall digital presence.
• Create engaging content for websites, newsletters, social media and marketing assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve rankings and traffic.
• Manage paid advertising initiatives such as Google Ads and social media ads.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators and external agencies as needed.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date website content aligned with branding guidelines.
• Track key performance indicators including traffic, conversion rates, engagement and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and content writing skills in English (Arabic optional).
• Creative thinker capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
