Architectural Project Coordinator (3-5 yrs experience)

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to lead the preparation and management of tender packages, technical evaluations, and project progress for fit‑out and interior finishing projects in Cairo. The role involves close collaboration with design teams, contractors, clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with design teams to prepare tender packages, including drawings, BOQs, specifications and contractual documents.
• Review contractors’ technical and commercial offers and produce technical & financial evaluation reports.
• Organise project meetings and workshops, record minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, material and technical submittals, and samples across architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Validate contractors’ payment applications, quantities and measurement sheets against executed works.
• Analyse project schedules, monitor progress versus the approved program and identify delays and corrective actions.
• Prepare project status reports for clients based on contractors’ progress reports.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, designers and contractors to resolve technical and execution‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience in fit‑out and interior finishing projects, preferably in the banking or corporate office sector.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, shop drawings and material submittals.
• Good understanding of architectural and MEP coordination and project scheduling.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and reporting skills.
