Architectural Team Leader (Senior Architect)

About the role

We are looking for a highly talented Senior Architect to lead our architectural design team in Nasr City, Cairo. You will bridge creative vision and technical execution, overseeing high‑end projects from concept to delivery while ensuring design excellence and timely submission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly task distribution for the architectural team and monitor schedule compliance.
• Innovate architectural concepts and develop complex engineering blueprints and schemes.
• Review architectural designs, shop drawings, and building models to ensure quality and specification compliance.
• Coordinate with MEP and structural disciplines to eliminate conflicts.
• Track project timelines and budgets to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Mentor junior architects, reviewing their drawings and refining their skills.
• Maintain continuous coordination with clients, contractors, and consultants to match exact specifications.
• Resolve technical obstacles promptly and report progress to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 10–15 years of solid experience in architectural design and team management.
• Age range 35–40 years.
• Proven leadership in managing and motivating design teams.
• Exceptional communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Full proficiency in Revit.
• Full proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM workflows and modern modeling software.
