Assistant Project Manager

About the role

EVA Pharma is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of pharmaceutical manufacturing projects. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while upholding the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, scheduling and execution of manufacturing projects.
• Coordinate daily manufacturing operations across sites and track performance against approved plans.
• Collaborate with Production, Capacity Planning, QA, QC, R&D and Supply Chain to align project activities.
• Analyze operational and project data, identify improvement opportunities and recommend efficiency enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including CAPEX/OPEX reports, schedules, budgets and progress updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering or Business Administration.
• 4‑6 years of experience in project management and operations within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven leadership experience in motivating cross‑functional teams.
• PMP certification is a plus.
