About the role
The Assistant Sales Manager will develop and manage a strong client base across corporate, association, and MICE segments, driving business for El Gouna and Taba Heights. The role focuses on proactive prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management to meet revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new corporate and MICE business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with newly added accounts, existing clients, and key accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Negotiate rates and contracts in line with company strategy.
- Achieve assigned revenue and room‑night targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Reservations, Revenue, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of corporate and MICE segments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
