About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking B2B Sales Development Representative to showcase the value of our client’s products and services. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and renewing existing contracts through proactive outreach and strong relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate product benefits and articulate value propositions to prospects and existing customers.
- Generate accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and assess client requirements to propose suitable solutions.
- Address customer concerns and remove obstacles that hinder satisfaction or product usage.
- Handle competitive objections and work to retain or win customers.
- Conduct high‑volume outbound phone and email outreach daily.
- Maintain the CRM system with up‑to‑date contact and activity data.
- Execute sales motions such as lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and contract renewals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.
Required profile
- Fluent in French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage customers, manage objections, and close deals.
- Experience forecasting sales and tracking performance metrics.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound contacts.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under guidance of a sales manager.
