BEI Membership Advisor

About the role

The BEI Membership Advisor provides exceptional customer service to Bupa Egypt’s SME members, brokers and intermediaries. Working in a hybrid setting, you will handle enquiries across phone, email and face‑to‑face channels, aiming for first‑contact resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to member, broker and group enquiries via incoming emails and other channels.
• Evaluate situations using Bupa Egypt product knowledge and business criteria to make appropriate decisions.
• Process policy cancellations, amendments and issue SME contracts in line with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications with intermediaries and customers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, quality and productivity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and escalates issues when necessary.
• Complete mandatory regulatory training on schedule.
• Assist other teams during peak workloads or when language barriers arise.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in customer service or insurance support.
• Strong judgment and decision‑making abilities within defined authority levels.
• Ability to work independently while managing workload efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with brokers, SME clients and internal teams.
