Bilingual Project Manager (French/English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Project Manager fluent in French and English to lead creative and production projects for our global client base. Working remotely, you will coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams from brief to delivery, ensuring high‑quality output and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end projects across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design and print, handling multiple mid to high‑complexity assignments simultaneously.
• Lead and motivate internal teams to deliver assets such as email campaigns, website content and multimedia productions.
• Follow and continuously improve OLIVER+ project‑management processes, including scoping, costing, planning and stakeholder communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new briefs, transform vague requests into clear project plans, and set realistic deadlines with partners.
• Monitor project profitability, close projects to established standards and drive process optimisation.
• Maintain resilience in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments and embody company values across all interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing several concurrent creative projects of medium to high complexity.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of project profitability.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, handle setbacks with a positive mindset and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Required skills

• Integrated experience in at least one of the following disciplines: digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design or print.
• Project‑management methodology and stakeholder‑communication expertise.
