Senior Graphic Designer (Large Format)

About the role

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer specialized in large‑format production. You will create high‑quality, production‑ready visual assets for print, signage, murals, and CNC/laser‑cut projects while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, wallpaper, murals, and cutouts using PowerPoint.
• Create, preflight, and deliver high‑resolution production files, including upscaling, resizing, and formatting for print and fabrication.
• Ensure color accuracy through adjustments and matching.
• Refine and output print‑ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Coordinate with design, print, and production teams to move concepts from inception to completion.
• Enforce quality‑control standards and maintain organized documentation, file systems, and version control.
• Produce files for non‑paper media (canvas, vinyl, acrylic) for CNC/laser cutting and roll‑to‑roll/flatbed printing.
• Support image recreations, custom mural creation, AI‑assisted asset generation, and ADA signage packages.
• Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies, including AI tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in graphic production or design coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with large‑format workflows and hardware (roll‑to‑roll, flatbed, CNC routing, laser cutting).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
• Portfolio demonstrating large‑format, production‑ready design work.
• Familiarity with ADA/braille signage software.
• Experience with SketchUp or similar CAD/3D tools.
• Deep understanding of print specifications, pre‑press, and layout best practices.
• English proficiency at C1 level and availability during Eastern Time business hours.
• Reliable remote‑work setup with backup power and internet.
