About the role

We are looking for a proactive Blue‑Collar Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring for our operational teams. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience from posting to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements across relevant channels.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates with a focus on blue‑collar and logistics roles.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview criteria.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within logistics or a similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
