Business Analyst – Process Automation & Workflow Design

About the role

Namou Properties is seeking a hands‑on Business Analyst to redesign, optimise and automate internal operations. The role focuses on building data‑driven systems, improving workflows and eliminating manual work through structured process design.

Key responsibilities

• Map and analyse end‑to‑end business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient workflows.
• Develop automation solutions using tools such as n8n, Zapier or Make.
• Integrate systems to remove repetitive manual tasks.
• Define KPIs and create operational dashboards for performance tracking.
• Translate business needs into structured workflows, process flows and system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and continuously improve operational systems.
• Document processes, workflows and SOPs clearly and systematically.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations or Process Improvement.
• Strong understanding of workflow design and process mapping.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make or similar).
• Ability to break down complex operations into structured systems.
• Analytical mindset with excellent English communication skills.
