About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Specialist to support our leasing team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through property tours and ensuring a seamless handover when they move in.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct tours of rental units for prospective tenants.
- Highlight unit features, amenities, and community policies.
- Answer inquiries about lease terms, amenities, and property rules.
- Prepare units for handover, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Perform move‑in inspections, document unit condition, and manage handover paperwork.
- Provide new tenants with orientation on property rules, maintenance procedures, and contact points.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere during all interactions.
Required profile
- 0‑3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience using CRM systems.
