Call Center Telemarketer

About the role

Uptown October Developments is seeking a full‑time Call Center Telemarketer to work on‑site in Giza. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, introducing our real‑estate projects, explaining services, and generating interest in our property offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to present property options and promotions.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives and ensure accurate follow‑up on leads.
• Answer inbound inquiries, provide clear information about projects, and handle basic customer‑service issues.
• Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Meet daily call volume and conversion targets while adhering to scripts and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service experience with the ability to resolve basic issues.
• Proven sales ability and focus on achieving call and appointment targets.
• Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Basic computer literacy and punctuality in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or customer‑service training is a plus.
