CCTV Supervisor

About the role

The CCTV Supervisor will oversee the operation and monitoring of the company’s surveillance network across multiple branches in Mansoura, Gharbia, Alexandria and Cairo. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures continuous security coverage, timely incident detection and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and review recorded footage to identify security breaches.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain documentation for each event.
• Lead and coordinate a team of surveillance operators, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Travel between company branches to ensure consistent system performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with security personnel to follow up on necessary corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in CCTV surveillance or related security monitoring.
• Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience managing a small team.
• Excellent analytical skills to detect and assess security incidents.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating CCTV surveillance systems and related software.
• Experience preparing clear and concise security reports.
