About the role
Qontrac is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join its engineering team. The position combines on‑site supervision with office‑based tender preparation, offering a dynamic environment for professionals who enjoy both field and desk work.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work follows approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Prepare, review and analyse tender documents and Bills of Quantities.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, subcontractors and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections, enforce safety regulations and resolve technical engineering issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in both site engineering and tendering.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry regulations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with engineering and drafting software, specifically AutoCAD.
