About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Customer Service Officer (or Senior Officer) to deliver high‑quality service to our commercial and corporate clients. You will handle daily requests, inquiries and transactions while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process commercial client service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with Operations, Trade Finance, Credit and other departments to resolve client issues.
- Verify client documents and instructions in line with compliance and audit requirements.
- Monitor service level agreements and report any irregularities.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication.
- Assist in complaint resolution and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvements and prepare periodic service reports.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of experience in customer service or operations within commercial or corporate banking.
- Very good written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- Additional certifications in customer service or banking operations are a plus.
- Proven ability to handle client servicing activities while maintaining quality and compliance.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Familiarity with core banking systems.
