Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager leads the post‑handover portfolio of residential projects, ensuring resident satisfaction and smooth daily operations. You will supervise a community team, coordinate with internal departments, and uphold project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the post‑handover client portfolio for residential projects.
• Supervise the community team to address inquiries, requests, and complaints while meeting quality standards and SLA timelines.
• Oversee daily project operations against KPIs and goals.
• Handle call‑center tickets and walk‑in requests within agreed SLA.
• Conduct monthly site inspections, compile cluster image reports, and share findings with relevant departments.
• Generate revenue by managing utilities meters, triple‑play services, rentals, and RFID car tags.
• Update and maintain community policies, procedures, and trackers.
• Resolve escalated modification cases and enforce violation policies.
• Organise community events and giveaways.
• Develop and enforce community guidelines aligned with project specifications.
• Coordinate site‑uplift activities (FF&E, landscaping, signage, access control) to enhance living experience.
• Maintain accurate client database records and monitor performance through tickets and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Community Manager (or 3‑5 years as a Deputy Manager).
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
