Construction Manager – Large‑Scale Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and supervise all construction activities on site from mobilization through to final handover. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage site execution teams, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and workers.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review project plans, method statements and schedules for proper execution.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Technical Office, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC and HSE teams.
• Monitor daily progress, milestones and resource utilization.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and enforce compliance.
• Identify challenges, propose solutions and drive productivity improvements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and lead coordination meetings with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management and site execution experience.
• Proven track record on large‑scale projects such as resorts, villas, residential compounds and repetitive buildings.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
