Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead construction initiatives from concept through to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires close coordination with on‑site teams, subcontractors, and senior management to drive performance and maintain safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop detailed schedules, estimate costs, and monitor daily progress.
• Oversee on‑site construction activities to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate, direct, and instruct workers and subcontractors.
• Select tools, materials, and equipment while tracking inventory.
• Meet contractual performance conditions and prepare internal and external status reports.
• Identify potential issues early, plan preventative actions, and resolve emerging problems.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques are applied.
• Implement the scope of work for construction, fabrication, and commissioning in line with project specifications and approved schedules.
• Document all changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverable requirements for all team members.
• Promote a strong safety culture and adhere to company safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in construction project management.
• Strong management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with an analytical, problem‑solving mindset.
• Effective time‑management and interpersonal abilities.
