About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Contact Center Representative to join our automotive service team in Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound communications and ensuring a premium experience that reflects the standards of a luxury limo service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place calls, respond to emails and messages professionally.
- Provide accurate information on services, bookings, pricing, and policies.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex cases when needed.
- Document all interactions, bookings and complaints in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed KPI targets such as CSAT, FCR, AHT and call quality scores.
- Collaborate with dispatch, operations and the Contact Center Manager to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a contact‑center or customer‑service environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience with call‑center tools and best practices.
