Corporate Lawyer (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

Octopus Outsourcing is seeking a full‑time Corporate Lawyer to work remotely. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across corporate governance, contract management and regulatory compliance, helping the company achieve its business objectives while mitigating risk.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
• Advise internal teams on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, including due‑diligence and documentation.
• Identify, assess and manage legal risks throughout the organization.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant laws and ensure company adherence.

Required profile

• Law degree from an accredited institution and membership in the relevant bar association.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law and legal compliance.
• Experience in risk management, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle multiple legal tasks.
