Litigation Lead

About the role

Vodafone is seeking an experienced Litigation Lead to manage and oversee legal disputes across the business. The role will act as the primary legal advisor on litigation matters, ensuring strategies align with corporate frameworks, regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and solutions on all aspects of the company’s operations and interests.
• Manage the litigation department’s team members and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Prepare high‑quality reports, case updates and insights for senior management.
• Represent the company before external customers, official bodies and in hearings.
• Handle legal issues related to litigations, investigations and labor law.
• Maintain legal housekeeping, including archiving of official and litigation documents.
• Develop and drive local policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

Required profile

• Qualified legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal cases independently.
• Strong communication skills and excellent command of English.
• Ability to work across diverse cultures and stakeholder groups.
