Cost Accounting Section Head – 10 Years Experience (Construction)

About the role

We are looking for a Cost Accounting Section Head with at least ten years of experience in construction and real‑estate development. The role will lead cost control, accounting, and reporting activities for our projects in El Shorouk City.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost reports, analyze cost variances and monitor project costs.
• Prepare accounting entries, review general‑ledger accounts and perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Follow up inventory, contractors’ progress payment certificates and supplier transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in preparing budgets, cash‑flow forecasts and monitor budget performance.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with internal procedures.
• Support internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance with financial, accounting and tax regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce.
• Minimum ten years of experience in accounting, including cost accounting and general accounting, within real‑estate development or construction companies.
• Residence in El Shorouk City or nearby areas is preferred.
