Customer Accounts Accountant – Real Estate Finance

About the role

The Customer Accounts Accountant will manage and monitor customer accounts for a leading real‑estate developer. You will ensure accurate financial transactions, timely collections, and proper recording of balances across multiple branches.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor branch accountants, review checks and deposit documents for accuracy.
• Validate customer reservation forms, contracts and pricing against approved lists.
• Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering and other departments to verify unit areas, pricing, commissions and related financial details.
• Maintain the Customer Service system, review account entries and manage outstanding balances, collections and payment schedules.
• Prepare payment schedules, early‑payment discounts, overdue receivable reports and customized quotations for exhibitions or special sales periods.
• Handle Owners’ Association (HOA) and maintenance fee accounts, calculate differences and outstanding balances.
• Produce regular financial reports and analyses for management.
• Record daily accounting entries in Oracle ERP and keep supporting documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in real‑estate or property development.
• Strong knowledge of customer‑account management, collections and financial reporting.
