Customer Experience Partner – Maadi/Helwan

About the role

The Customer Experience Partner will act as the primary link between Sanofi’s pharmaceutical portfolio and healthcare professionals in the Maadi, Helwan and Shoubra areas. Working on a contingent basis, you will be responsible for driving sales of Sanofi products in private clinics, hospitals and pharmacies while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets defined in the Sanofi business plan for private sector and hospital accounts.
• Plan and execute territory coverage through targeting, segmentation and optimal route planning.
• Identify and acquire new customers, maintain and grow the existing customer base.
• Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and report activities in Veeva.
• Promote product messages from the marketing team and implement brand strategies.
• Serve as the communication bridge between clients and Sanofi, resolving issues promptly.
• Gather market feedback, competitive intelligence and product performance data to support marketing plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and collaborate with other territory teams.
• Comply with all Sanofi policies, HSE requirements and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine.
• 1‑2 years of sales or field‑force experience in the Maadi/Helwan region; Cairo residency required.
• Good command of English and strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, analytical and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results and build lasting customer relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Veeva CRM for daily activity recording.
