Customer Logistics Executive

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Customer Logistics Executive to join a high‑performing team. Reporting to the Customer Logistics Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for distributors, handling problem‑solving, data collection and process improvement across the full operational chain.

Key responsibilities

• Meet Customer Logistics KPI scores and service level targets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end order fulfillment cycle, identifying efficiency gains and reducing cycle time.
• Coordinate distributor order routines to ensure stock availability and on‑time delivery.
• Resolve delivery and transportation challenges, acting as the escalation point for logistics issues.
• Collaborate with logistics and customers to optimise ordering parameters (MOQ, frequency) and minimise Cost to Serve.
• Support customers by anticipating risks and changes throughout the order cycle.
• Oversee daily operations, including complaints and returns, with relevant stakeholders.
• Assess freight forwarder and agent performance on delivery, documentation and communication.
• Maintain monthly shipment and KPI tracking reports.
• Provide market insights to demand planners and contribute to S&OP meetings.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Deep understanding of supply‑chain and logistics processes.
• Customer‑centric mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
