Customer Relations Specialist – Gulf Region

About the role

Acino, part of Arcera, a global life‑sciences company, is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist based in Cairo to support commercial activities across the Gulf region. Reporting to the Commercial Head, Gulf, the role ensures smooth management of credit notes, payments, expiry handling and contract administration while coordinating with KAMs, distributors, finance and supply teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end quarterly credit‑note process, from calculation to payment instruction and follow‑up.
• Coordinate customer‑related payments and ensure all required documentation is accurate, timely and archived.
• Manage expiry‑management activities, validating product collection and processing according to internal policies.
• Collect, clean and consolidate customer stock and sell‑out data to support forecasting and order planning.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date archive of agreements, contracts, discounts and commercial terms for revenue monitoring.
• Prepare quarterly performance reports for Tier 3 accounts, highlighting purchases versus targets and rebate outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relations, commercial or sales operations, order‑to‑cash, or finance coordination.
• Experience in pharma, healthcare, FMCG or a distributor‑driven environment is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for data consolidation, validation, reconciliation and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple recurring activities, deadlines and stakeholder relationships.
