About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Retention & Sales Representative to engage existing learners, promote course renewals, and drive conversion through personalized support. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the student journey, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to promote course renewals and increase conversion rates.
- Follow up with customers to understand their needs and recommend personalized learning solutions.
- Provide high‑quality support throughout the student journey and handle inquiries professionally.
- Monitor students’ progress, analyze data, and use insights to improve learning outcomes and drive renewals.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Target‑driven and comfortable working in a performance‑based environment.
- Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets with a commission‑focused mindset.
