About the role
INTELCIA is seeking fluent English speakers to join its customer service team handling an English‑language account for the United States. The position is ideal for recent graduates, students on a gap year, or anyone without prior commitments who wants to start a career in a dynamic call‑center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound support to English‑speaking customers based in the USA.
- Engage customers to retain their business and resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow scripted processes while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Availability to work on‑site in Alexandria or Borg El Arab (Silicon Waha).
- Willingness to work 5 days a week with rotational shifts starting as early as 2 PM.
