Customer Service Representative – Call Center

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative in HSBC's call centre, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound interactions across phone, email, and chat. You will resolve inquiries, provide accurate information on products and services, and ensure a seamless experience that aligns with HSBC policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Deliver accurate information about HSBC products, services, and procedures.
• Identify customer needs, propose solutions, or escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Record all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
