About the role
The Customer Service Representative (Advisor I) will join Concentrix’s New Cairo site, handling inbound and outbound calls as well as online interactions to sell basic products and services. You will process customer orders, provide information, and deliver basic support while contributing to sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and internet inquiries.
- Process customer orders and sales transactions.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Sell client products and services, meeting sales objectives.
- Deliver basic customer service support and resolve queries.
Required profile
- Fluent English (B2‑C1 level).
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night and overnight shifts.
- Immediate availability to start.
