About the role
We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Travel Advisor to join our customer support team. In this position you will act as the first point of contact for travelers, handling inquiries and issues in both languages while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound tickets and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide support in French and English across phone, email, and chat channels.
- Diagnose and resolve travel‑related problems while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex cases when needed.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Previous experience in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Customer service handling tools (e.g., ticketing systems).
