About the role
We are seeking motivated, customer‑focused individuals to join our growing contact centre as Customer Service Representatives. In this role you will handle voice interactions with customers, delivering high‑quality support and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve queries, complaints, and requests within defined service levels.
- Provide accurate information and solutions during each interaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams following process guidelines.
- Document call details and resolutions accurately in CRM or ticketing systems.
- Maintain compliance with quality, security, and process standards.
- Adhere to schedule, productivity expectations and meet performance targets.
- Participate in training and continuous‑improvement activities.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in a contact‑centre, BPO or customer‑service environment.
- Fluent or near‑native French proficiency and at least B1/B2 level English.
- Experience delivering voice‑based customer support.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and computer systems.
