About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our fast‑paced support team. You will provide technical assistance to customers through multiple channels and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support via phone, email, and live‑chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and concerns promptly.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions.
• Accurately document all interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and guarantee timely resolution.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (B2‑C1 level).
• Graduate, college dropout, or gap‑year student willing to commit full‑time.
• Available for 24/7 rotational shifts on‑site.
