Customer Service Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Specialist to act as an Educational Advisor, providing consultation and support to students, building strong relationships, and driving course renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support to students following SOPs.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized learning plans.
• Promote course renewals and follow up with customers to increase conversions.
• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Drive renewals, referrals, and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telesales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and customer service.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Target‑driven, motivated and approachable personality.

• On‑site position in Maadi, Cairo.
• Fixed shift: Sunday‑Thursday 12 PM – 9 PM (including a 1 hour 15 min break) and Saturday 12 PM – 4 PM.
