About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Specialist to act as an Educational Advisor, providing consultation and support to students, building strong relationships, and driving course renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consultation and support to students following SOPs.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized learning plans.
- Promote course renewals and follow up with customers to increase conversions.
- Monitor student progress, analyze data, and suggest improvement strategies.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive renewals, referrals, and achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telesales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and customer service.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Target‑driven, motivated and approachable personality.

What we offer
- On‑site position in Maadi, Cairo.
- Fixed shift: Sunday‑Thursday 12 PM – 9 PM (including a 1 hour 15 min break) and Saturday 12 PM – 4 PM.
