About the role
The Localization Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving new business opportunities within the localization market. You will generate qualified leads, build relationships with multiple contacts at target companies, and guide prospects through the sales cycle to close large deals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct internet‑based, targeted research to generate sales‑qualified leads according to an approved plan.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies, selecting appropriate communication channels for each prospect.
- Engage new leads via phone, maintain consistent communication, and ensure all calls are recorded and documented.
- Negotiate rates, prepare quotes, and present proposals to clients and prospects.
- Coordinate contract requirements, negotiate terms, and integrate agreements with business operations.
- Expand existing client relationships and identify opportunities for further cooperation.
- Implement a self‑improvement plan to continuously enhance sales skills and results.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven full‑cycle sales experience.
- Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent decision‑making, problem‑solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
