Customer Strategy Planning Manager – Beauty & Personal Care, Omnichannel

About the role

Unilever is seeking a Customer Strategy Planning Manager to lead category growth, channel strategy, and commercial planning for its Beauty & Personal Care and Omnichannel business in Egypt. The role will translate brand and category strategies into winning customer and channel plans that drive market share, profitability, and superior shopper experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy category growth strategies across Beauty & Personal Care and Omnichannel channels.
• Translate marketing and category plans into customer and channel execution strategies.
• Lead the development of Trade Category Plans and support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
• Partner with Marketing to shape commercial strategies that maximize category penetration and shopper conversion.
• Create channel‑specific strategies aligned with Unilever’s Design for Channel framework.
• Define innovation launch and distribution priorities across customers and channels.
• Drive pricing and promotional strategies to achieve growth objectives.
• Lead Omnichannel strategy development and ensure superior in‑market execution of brand, category, and promotional initiatives.
• Own and manage Trade Terms Spending (TTS) and trade investment budgets, allocating investments across channels and customers.
