Design Management Architect – Real Estate Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Design Management Architect to support our real‑estate partner in delivering high‑quality architectural projects. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will coordinate daily activities, ensure technical accuracy, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Development Management and Development Controls during project preparation, scheduling, and specification acquisition.
• Assist in managing outsourced consultants/architects to develop innovative design concepts and plans.
• Prepare initial action plans, design schedules, and compile data for consultants from kickoff to completion.
• Produce analysis reports, technical studies, and area breakdowns for projects.
• Create design management documents such as RFPs, TORs, and component breakdowns.
• Generate periodic design progress reports and attend progress meetings with consultants and suppliers.
• Develop graphic and narrative reports on site and land planning.
• Review design deliverables in AutoCAD or Revit and maintain all design documentation.
• Mentor junior architects, supporting their integration and skill development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role within real‑estate or construction.
• Strong command of English and excellent presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using BIM tools.
• Knowledge of Revit.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and implementation processes.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office365 applications.
