Digital Marketing Trainee

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Trainee to join Hikma Pharmaceuticals in Egypt. The role offers hands‑on experience supporting digital initiatives, social media, content coordination and reporting within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports and dashboards using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Coordinate and support social media and digital content activities.
• Track campaign performance and produce basic analytics reports.
• Assist in content creation and digital communication tasks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Medical teams.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (fresh graduate).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools.

Required skills

• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic data analytics.
• Content creation tools (a plus).
