Research Manager - INN

About the role

As a Research Manager in the Innovation Service Line at Ipsos, you will lead client‑facing research projects from inception to delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business development and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, advising them on research strategies and identifying business development opportunities.
• Manage the full research lifecycle, supervising workflow, coordinating executive activities, and guaranteeing timely project closure.
• Develop and monitor sales budgets, prepare cost estimates and financial offers, and ensure project profitability.
• Lead and coach junior team members, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure compliance with HR and internal finance processes.
• Execute standardized and complex delivery processes across diverse contexts.
• Represent Ipsos in MarCom activities and act as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client relationship management and research project delivery.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop budgets and financial proposals.
• Leadership skills to guide and develop junior staff.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Commitment to Ipsos’ internal processes and quality standards.
