Digital Media Manager – Full Funnel Strategy

About the role

We are expanding our team at Zenith and are looking for a Digital Media Manager to lead end‑to‑end digital strategy and planning for a key consumer healthcare client across the MEA region. The role is hands‑on, combining execution excellence with the opportunity to grow into strategic ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Support full‑funnel media planning, including channel mix, audience targeting, budget allocation, phasing and measurement inputs.
• Identify and develop test‑and‑learn pilots, proposing new formats, opportunities and measurement approaches with clear hypotheses.
• Collaborate with performance specialists to ensure campaign delivery, monitor performance and implement proactive optimisations.
• Produce learning summaries, optimisation logs and maintain dashboards and trackers for accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with local market teams and platform partners to align timelines, collect inputs and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain structured project governance, contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and develop templates, checklists and automation ideas.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of digital media experience, preferably in an agency setting handling multinational accounts.
• Hands‑on expertise across programmatic, social and search planning.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major ad platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.
• Programmatic, social and search planning knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for building slides, trackers and reports.
